A useful meal hack I discovered : ADHD


Thought this might help for everyone who, like me, forgets to make food until they feel like they’re starving.

I’ve been making a large pot of rice about once a week, and putting it in the fridge. Then when it comes to sudden meal time where I have very little energy to cook, I just toss whatever I’m feeling in with a bowl of rice – avocado slices, a quick roasted veggies combo, dino nuggets, whatever. Since the rice is what generally takes the most time and effort, this has been really helpful for keeping me from giving up and ordering food because I don’t have the energy to cook.
