Does anyone else feel like they have no control over their spending at all? And if so, do you have any tips to get back your financial independence from ADHD? I have $8000 in credit card debt, basically no savings, and don’t even have steady employment right now. But even so, I waste AT LEAST $50 a week easily. Convenience store snacks, energy drinks and nicotine products are the biggest culprits. This is badly affecting my health and finances. And even though I’m completely aware my spending is wasteful, and I regret it after the fact, in the moment when I’m craving something, I just can’t stop myself from acting on it.
