Are there any particularly helpful methods or techniques others have found to learn to accept/live with/work with their ADHD? I’m not new to the struggle but I’ve finally reached peak frustration point.
backstory: I (21f) have only recently been officially diagnosed after years of questioning what was going on… I’m combined type with high hyperactivity and inattention and am every few weeks being told to increase my dose of ritalin (under care of NHS). I was also in my second year of uni, but this year has been so so difficult for lots of reasons and with covid-19 and UK Union strikes my education feels just like a lost cause. I can’t make myself work due to no content, understimulation and boredom, I can’t even seem to do anything I used to enjoy due to study guilt.
