Having been living alone and working from home for the last month my routine is hilariously out the window. I put jeans on the other day and found them slipping down. Weighed myself and I’ve lost just over 6kg (13/14lbs).
I’ve realised I’ve actually been consistently forgetting to eat. I can laugh about it and it explains why I’ve been feeling really low energy. But come on!??? What evolutionary advantage does this condition have??
