Getting up and making food is so hard. Like so hard. I’ll be on my phone for hour telling myself “okay now after this vid go make some lunch…….. okay after this next one.. the next one for sure….” it’s gotten to the point where I dont eat breakfast until 3pm and it’s usually just a protein bar. I’m trying to get on meds but I’ve also been putting that off for the past year or so that I realized I might have adhd oop.
I am already underweight so this is a big issue for me. Anyone have ideas to overcoming this? Maybe even just easy recipes I could do in a pinch?
