Conclusion: Suitability of the original instrument for Xhosa translation was problematic and further investigation into appropriate cross-cultural translation techniques is needed to improve ASRS translation properties and assess its Xhosa translation. ConclusionOur study shows that during the first years of living in Sweden, there seems to be fewer barriers to psychiatric care for unaccompanied refugee minors compared to the accompanied migrant minors.
