How do you deal with spacey and disassociative mindstates? : ADHD

I’ve been noticing that after a heavy day of mood swings (Which I believe are due to ADHD because of how fast they generally are), I tend to feel like I’m very spaced out and disassociated, in a strange sense.

Colors get brighter, the world around me tends to not exist, my thoughts go quiet, and my body feels warm. I don’t know what this is, but it feels un-natural and strange. Is there any way to snap out of this so I can feel like myself again? I hardly even feel physical sensation, hardly feel the keyboard on my fingertips, and feel like someone turned the saturation up on my eyes. It’s an awkward feeling and makes me feel like time is at a standstill and I’m in my head, as if I’m in a waking daydream. Thanks.
