How do you get out of a bad mood once it’s spiraled? : ADHD


I have a lot of issues with emotional dysregulation and frequently will go from being in a great mood to being triggered by one tiny thing and just fixating on it until I’m miserable and out of it. The problem is, I don’t really know how to undo that process. Sometimes I’m able to and it’s fine, and sometimes I’m not able to. I just wondered if any of you had any tips or strategies that work for you
