I really struggle to make basic decisions in virtually every situation in life. It doesn’t matter how big or small the decision is. I often spend most of my time during the day just deciding what to spend my time doing. My brain gets so cluttered and overwhelmed with what I can do. It almost creates anxiety when it comes to making a decision. It definitely leads to frustration. I think the problem is I pay attention to everything all at once and this causes me to not focus on one particular thing. Also, due to the sheer amount of options I have a very difficult time completing tasks and finishing things like books. I always want to jump into the next thing because of fear of missing out I guess. How do you manage the feeling of being overwhelmed with choices?
