  • Tasks create TEMPORARY STRESS.

  • TEMPORARY STRESS creates urges for HIGH RELIEF.

  • Chasing HIGH RELIEF creates FUTURE STRESS.

  • FUTURE STRESS is tougher than TEMPORARY STRESS.
