Hello! I (23f) want to start running to help me manage my add but I’m on week three of setting my alarm early and then shutting it off again. What have you guys done to make the getting out of bed easier? Or what do you do so you can just get up and go? I used to go to the gym immediately after work to lift weights but with covid it just doesn’t seem smart.
Evenings are a no go because I play volleyball on some nights and it’s the only other time I get to see my boyfriend. Also. My Midwest state is gross humid until about 3 AM.
