And honestly, it’s been helping so much. Withing my tasks over and over again makes me want to do them so I don’t have to keep writing them. I got a purse that fits my journal so it’s always on hand. I can write down my thoughts as I have them and ACTUALLY FIND THEM AGAIN LATER. I’m able to keep track of my work hours for my flexible job without having to do the math over again every week. I don’t feel as panicked that I’m forgetting things. Plus my therapist has been checking in with me every week to make sure I’m keeping on top of it. I started this process as an obsessive hobby but I’m really hoping it continues to stick because it’s helping so freaking much.
