Letting myself down: again : ADHD


Hi there. I just started a masters program for social work. My entire life I’ve been in a cycle of okay I’m going to do better this time, getting my planner ready, getting all hyped up, and then it seems like all of a sudden I’m back to missing deadlines, turning things in late and feeling constantly terrible about myself. This is an awful roller coaster I want desperately to change. Any help or advice please? I want nothing else than just to get good grades and learn this information. I don’t want to constantly be apologizing for lateness and feeling this horrible shame for feeling “lazy”. Any advice please?
