Maintaining a sleep schedule has never felt more impossible. : ADHD


I’m a college student, and all my classes have been moved online. But ever since then, I’ve missed like a solid 70% of the online sessions I was supposed to attend, because I was up all night until like 8 am. I’m naturally a night owl, but recently, it has spiralled out of control. Even now, as I type this, I’ve been up all night. I keep trying to stay up all day until I can fall asleep at a normal time to reestablish my sleep schedule, but half the time I fail and fall asleep at like 2, and the other half I go to sleep at 8, but wake up at 4! I wanna tear my hair out! I never had this problem when I had to go into classes physically! Why is this happening to me?
