Since last year’s September I have been diagnosed with ADHD (the ADD kind). Never before did I notice having ADHD till someone pointed it out, so I got it tested. The thing is, I have clear ADHD symptoms like having a difficult time paying attention and keeping disciplined etc. However I never felt like I had a head full of racing thoughts. It’s mostly just songs and apart from that it’s almost like I can’t really hear my thoughts because their volume is just on a really low setting. Still I get distracted alot. Is this a usual kind of thinking for an ADHD person. How is your experience if you have the same thing?
