What sort of methods do y’all use to handle rejection sensitivity, if you experience that

I see a therapist and I’m in the process of working through this, but I’m wondering what other people do to deal with that feeling.

My experience with rejection sensitivity is specifically fixated on needing to be correct. Being told I’ve been ignorant is devastating, especially in a way that hurt someone’s feelings

Being afraid of doing the wrong thing makes it hard to do anything at all.

Tl:dr Being hyper sensitive to criticism makes it hard to put myself out there. If you experience that, what do you do about it?
