Self shaming over executive dysfunction : ADHD

I find myself struggling with executive dysfunction when stress climbs, which of course does not help the stress. But even though I KNOW what it is, I can’t help the awful loop in my head of “you’re faking; you’re just lazy. Try harder. You shouldn’t be like this. Weak.”

Any guidance or advice on how to deal? Should I go easy on myself, or is mean brain right?
