Christine Kotik is owner of CK ADHD Coaching & Consulting. She is an International Coach Federation credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages to unravel their struggles in the classroom, at home, with family and peers, and at work. She works with adults, overwhelmed and running late, in breaking through the barriers that exist so they can move towards living the life they desire. Young adults and college students are empowered to make decisions, improve follow through, build strong relationships and develop accountability. She helps individuals with ADHD, and others who are struggling, to build skills and acquire strategies to improve time management, decrease procrastination, develop realistic views of a task or situation, and improve relationships.

Christine is on the faculty of JST Coaching & Training, the only research-based youth & student coach training school to date. She is the coordinator of the Columbus, Ohio Chapter of CHADD and a facilitator of CHADD’s Parent to Parent program. She is also a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization where she serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer.
