Trying out bullet journaling – anyone done it and found it useful? : ADHD

I decided to give bullet journaling a shot (there was a journal on sale at Michaels for 2$, so didn’t feel like too much of a financial sink). I’m hoping that habit trackers and having lists all in one place might help my brain, especially since I have no outside structure right now, which I’ve realized is normally what keeps me feeling functional.

I know laying out a calendar for the year was incredibly satisfying (organizing things always gives me a dopamine boost, it’s keeping them organized that’s the problem). I’m hoping stickers and checking things off a list will have a similar effect so that I’ll keep going with it.

I’d love to know what all you have tried in terms of pages or layouts, and what seems to work best for you.
